Full-time Legal Job Opportunity (Research and Policy)
Eligibility Criteria
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in tax law, litigation or public policy.
- Strong analytical, research and writing skills.
- Demonstrated interest in evidence-based policymaking and institutional reform.
- Educational qualifications: LLB, LLM or CA. A Master’s in Public Policy is an added advantage.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Lead research on tax assessments, dispute resolution mechanisms and data analytics.
- Engage with tax administrators, practitioners and industry experts.
- Draft policy documents including white papers, briefs and knowledge reports.
- Collaborate with senior experts from the Income Tax Department to shape reform proposals.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers within the team.
Mode of Work
- Offline, based in Bengaluru.
Compensation
- INR 16 to 18 LPA.
