Internship Opportunity (In-House Legal Team)
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students interested in corporate, IP, and regulatory work
- Candidates with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Managing and tracking global trademark portfolio (UAE, Nepal, Sri Lanka)
- Conducting preliminary trademark searches
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, and influencer agreements
- Conducting regulatory research on CDSCO guidelines, Legal Metrology Rules, and the Code on Wages, 2019
- Assisting in litigation work, including case briefs for matters before the Delhi High Court and District Courts
- Supporting compliance and corporate governance activities (POSH documentation, trade licenses, shop & establishment registrations)
- Assisting in internal investigations and documentation for employee misconduct cases
