Internship Opportunity (In-House Legal & Compliance)
Eligibility Criteria
- 4th or 5th year students enrolled in a 5-year LL.B. program
- Strong academic foundation in Contract Law and Company Law
- Prior internships with established law firms (mandatory)
- Preference for candidates with exposure to commercial/transactional work
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Contracting & Commercial Support
- Reviewing and redlining commercial agreements (NDAs, service agreements, customer contracts)
- Drafting standard contract clauses and maintaining templates
- Assisting in contract negotiations through legal research
Legal Research & Advisory
- Conducting research on laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000, contract law, company law, data privacy, and labour laws
- Preparing legal notes, internal briefs, and risk assessments
Corporate Governance & Compliance
- Assisting in maintaining litigation trackers and statutory records
- Supporting compliance processes and governance documentation
Mode of Work
On-site (Gurgaon, Haryana)

- Duration: 6–8 weeks
