Legal Job Opportunity (Litigation Legal Assistant)
Eligibility Criteria
- LLB / LLM graduates with relevant experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in litigation and contract management
- Strong knowledge of:
- Civil Procedure Code (CPC)
- Criminal Procedure Code (Cr.P.C.)
- Corporate and commercial laws
- Excellent skills in drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, vetting, and responding to legal notices, contracts, and court pleadings
- Managing litigation matters including civil, criminal, recovery, and NI Act cases
- Handling contractual disputes and coordinating with authorities
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements such as NDAs, MOUs, government and contractor agreements
- Ensuring legal compliance and assisting in due diligence processes
- Maintaining legal MIS and documentation
- Providing legal advisory on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues
- Coordinating with external counsels and handling arbitration and dispute resolution
