Legal Job Opportunity (In-House Legal Advisor)
Eligibility Criteria
- LLB or equivalent qualification
- 6 to 9 years of relevant experience
- Prior in-house experience in consultancy, engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors preferred
- Strong expertise in:
- Contract drafting and negotiation
- Risk management and legal advisory
- Working knowledge of:
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Workmen’s compensation and third-party liability insurance
- Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and advising on consultancy and commercial contracts
- Drafting, modifying, and negotiating contractual instruments
- Providing legal support across multiple jurisdictions
- Redlining contracts and supporting global legal operations
- Advising internal stakeholders on legal implications and compliance requirements
- Supporting insurance, claims, and corporate secretarial matters
- Conducting training sessions and contributing to knowledge management
- Ensuring adherence to internal governance and policies
