Legal Job Opportunity (Junior Associate – Intellectual Property Law)
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law
- Prior experience in handling Intellectual Property matters (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Trademark, Copyright, Patent, and Design laws (preferred)
- Experience with international IP filings will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and use of legal research tools
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining clients’ IP portfolios
- Handling prosecution, opposition, and enforcement matters
- Drafting and filing applications for trademarks, copyrights, designs, and patents
- Preparing prosecution amendments, oppositions, and rectifications
- Conducting trademark searches and legal research
- Appearing before Registrars and Examiners for hearings
- Drafting pleadings, evidence, legal opinions, and arguments in IP litigation
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IP agreements
- Managing legal documentation, correspondence, and databases
