3. About the Position
The bank is seeking a driven legal professional to support its legal, compliance, and documentation functions. The role involves handling contractual, regulatory and dispute-related tasks in a dynamic fintech and BFSI environment.
4. Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and support ongoing matters.
- Assist in drafting, vetting, and reviewing contracts.
- Oversee compliance processes and documentation.
- Maintain legal records and contract repositories.
- Coordinate with internal teams and manage follow-ups.
- Identify preliminary risks in business processes.
- Support dispute resolution and respond to legal queries.
5. Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate legal roles or law firms (BFSI/Fintech experience preferred).
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Ethical, well-organized, and detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency with legal tools and research platforms.
- LL.B. required; LL.M. preferred but not mandatory.
