Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified lawyer with approximately 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Prior in-house experience preferred (especially in media/technology sector)
- Strong drafting and contract negotiation skills
- Knowledge of intellectual property and data privacy laws (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills and commercial understanding
- Fluency in English
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including:
- Media services agreements
- Technology licenses and SaaS agreements
- Data processing agreements and NDAs
- Advising on regulatory compliance, governance, and policy matters
- Supporting commercial negotiations and deal-making
- Drafting legal notices and replies
- Managing IP, copyright, and data privacy matters
- Assisting in risk management, compliance training, and policy implementation
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders, global legal teams, and external counsel
- Monitoring industry regulations in media, e-commerce, and data protection
- Handling contract lifecycle management and dispute prevention
