Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining statutory registers and corporate records
- Support preparation of board meetings, including drafting agendas and minutes
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and statutory requirements
- Assist in filing statutory returns and forms with regulatory authorities
- Coordinate with internal departments for reports and documentation
- Conduct legal and regulatory research
