Eligibility Criteria
- 2–3 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in tax litigation/advisory
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Advocate (LL.B.) enrolled with the Bar Council of India
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax Act and GST laws
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling Income Tax and GST litigation, including assessments, appeals, and departmental proceedings
- Drafting appeals, replies, submissions, legal opinions, and advisory notes
- Managing client communication and coordination with tax authorities and tribunals
