Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Structuring and formalising commercial arrangements
- Working on mandates involving media, entertainment, and technology sectors
- Advising on risk allocation, contract language, and commercial outcomes
- Handling high-volume drafting assignments with precision and clarity

- Remote / Hybrid (Flexible)
- Option to work from Mumbai office (Worli) or remotely
