Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India
- Post Qualification Experience (PQE): 2–5 years
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Advising on capital markets transactions, including:
- Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)
- Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs)
- Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs)
- Global Depository Receipts (GDRs)
- Assisting clients on regulatory and transactional matters
- Drafting, structuring, and reviewing transaction documents
- Coordinating with clients, regulators, and stakeholders
