Commercial Contracts / Contract Management Professional
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- 2–6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience in commercial contract review, drafting and negotiation.
- Experience handling US customer and vendor agreements.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The role will involve working on:
- Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- SaaS and Software License Agreements
- Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Commercial contract management and negotiation
Experience with CLM platforms and AI-enabled contract review tools is highly preferred.
Mode of Work
Remote
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to the US Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management industry will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms is preferred.
