Position: Legal Associate – Civil & Criminal Litigation
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing and prosecuting petitions under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 and Section 482 of the CrPC, 1973.
- Handling civil and criminal litigation before Trial Courts, High Courts and the Supreme Court.
- Drafting and handling regular bail, anticipatory bail and bail cancellation applications.
- Handling criminal appeals, revisions, transfer applications and criminal writ petitions under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution.
