Legal Internship
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who:
- Have a strong interest in Intellectual Property Rights.
- Possess good legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Have relevant academic or practical exposure to IPR, trademark, copyright, or patent law.
- Can demonstrate relevant legal skills, experience, or work that makes them suitable for the role.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be involved in:
- Conducting trademark searches, prosecution-related work, and legal research.
- Undertaking copyright and patent-related searches.
- Drafting legal documents, notices, and applications.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Conducting case law research and legal analysis.
- Researching various Intellectual Property Rights matters.
- Assisting with client-related legal work.
- Preparing legal opinions, reports, and documentation.
- Monitoring developments in Intellectual Property Law.
