Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with:
- 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Experience in drafting technology-related commercial contracts.
- Working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, 1999, including FDI and ODI regulations, and allied corporate and commercial laws.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Strong understanding of data protection and privacy laws.
Key Responsibilities / Areas of Work
The selected candidate is expected to have experience or expertise in:
- Technology-related commercial contracts.
- Data protection and privacy matters.
- Software licensing and SaaS arrangements.
- AI-related legal offerings and transactions.
- DPDP implementation and advisory.
- General corporate and commercial legal matters.
Prior experience in DPDP implementation and advisory is essential.
