Eligibility Criteria
For Associate / Legal Professional
Applicants should:
- Have up to 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Possess a sound understanding of Corporate Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), RERA, commercial laws, and contract drafting.
- Have strong English drafting skills.
- Be capable of effective case management and independently handling assignments.
- Candidates with a Company Secretary (CS) background who are interested in practising law will be given preference.
For Long-Term Legal Intern
Applicants should:
- Be final-year law students or Company Secretary (CS) aspirants.
- Be available for a long-term internship of at least 6 months to 1 year.
- Be based in Jaipur.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Associate / Legal Professional
- Handle matters relating to Corporate Law, IBC, RERA, and commercial laws.
- Draft contracts and other legal documents.
- Manage legal assignments and client matters independently.
Legal Intern
- Assist with legal research.
- Support back-office legal work.
- Assist the legal team in day-to-day assignments.
