Asal Legal Solution LLP is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate to join the Chambers of Akash Kakade, Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India. The selected candidate will gain direct exposure to litigation before the Supreme Court of India and other judicial forums while working on high-profile constitutional, commercial, criminal, arbitration, and regulatory matters.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold an LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- Be enrolled with a State Bar Council.
- Have 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (fresh graduates with strong academic credentials are encouraged to apply).
- Possess excellent legal research and English drafting skills, particularly for matters before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and NCLAT.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Conduct legal research and case analysis.
- Draft pleadings, applications, written submissions, and legal opinions.
- Assist in the preparation of matters before the Supreme Court of India and other judicial forums.
- Coordinate with senior advocates on case strategy and client communications.
- Maintain case records and support the day-to-day functioning of the chambers.
