Its practice includes domestic and international arbitrations under leading institutional rules, including SIAC, ICC, LCIA, AAA-ICDR, and UNCITRAL, along with related court proceedings.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold an LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Be enrolled with a State Bar Council.
- Have 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in arbitration, commercial litigation, and/or investigations.
- Possess excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Be capable of managing multiple matters under strict deadlines.
- Exhibit high attention to detail, sound professional judgment, and strong ethical standards.
- An LL.M., particularly in Arbitration, Commercial Law, or International Dispute Resolution, is strongly preferred.
Note: Applications from fresh graduates or candidates with less than 3 years of PQE will not be considered.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, written submissions, legal opinions, and other case-related documents.
- Conduct legal research on Indian and foreign laws, arbitral rules, and jurisprudence.
- Assist in formulating case strategies for hearings, trials, and settlement discussions.
- Review, analyze, and organize documentary and witness evidence.
- Prepare hearing bundles, chronologies, and procedural documents.
- Coordinate with clients, experts, co-counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Attend court proceedings, arbitral hearings, and client meetings as required.

Stipend / Salary
- Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and overall suitability for the role, in line with prevailing industry standards.
