Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Have recently completed an LL.B., or
- Be pursuing the Company Secretary (CS) qualification at the Executive or Professional level.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in corporate law, contracts, and company secretarial practice.
- Possess strong legal research, drafting, and written English skills.
- Be organised, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new areas such as defence contracting and export control regulations.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Interns will assist with:
Legal Functions
- Reviewing and drafting contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
- Conducting legal research on corporate law, export control, and defence procurement regulations.
- Tracking litigation and claims matters.
- Organising legal case files and correspondence.
Company Secretarial Functions
- Preparing Board and shareholder meeting documentation.
- Maintaining statutory registers.
- Assisting with ROC and Companies Act filings.
- Providing general legal and compliance support to the legal team.
Mode of Work
- On-site
- Location: HiTech Defence & Aerospace Park, Bengaluru
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week
Important Dates and Timelines
- Internship Duration: 3 to 6 months
- Full-time employment may be offered based on performance.
Stipend / Perks
