Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).
- Have a strong academic record.
- Possess 0–2 years of experience.
- Have prior experience in International Trade.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and analytical skills.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and costing by examining cost structures, pricing, and financial statements of domestic and foreign producers.
- Prepare, compile, and verify financial data submitted in petitions and responses to questionnaires issued by investigating authorities, including the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR).
- Calculate dumping margins, subsidy benefits, and injury margins in accordance with WTO rules and applicable domestic regulations.
- Coordinate with government authorities, including DGTR, for clarifications, verification visits, and client representation during hearings.
- Provide financial and economic expertise in trade remedy investigations involving:
- Anti-dumping duties
- Countervailing (anti-subsidy) duties
- Safeguard duty investigations
