As part of its expansion into Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO), Vertico is offering opportunities for legal professionals to gain international legal exposure while working with experienced practitioners.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold an LL.B. or LL.M. degree with a strong academic background.
- Be a fresh law graduate or have up to 3 years of legal experience.
- Possess excellent English communication, legal research, and drafting skills.
- Have a strong understanding of legal principles and their practical application.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Be proficient in MS Office and legal document management systems.
- Be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Prior experience in a law firm, LPO, or legal services environment will be an added advantage.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and applications.
- Taking client instructions and assisting with legal casework.
- Conducting legal research and case analysis.
- Supporting case management and file administration.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and legal experts.
- Maintaining accurate case records and time tracking.
- Working on matters relating to:
- Family & Children Law
- Housing & Property Litigation
- Human Rights
- Actions Against Public Authorities under the laws of England & Wales

Work Schedule
- UK Shift
- Monday to Friday
- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (IST)
Salary
- ₹3.6 – ₹4.5 LPA (Initial Package)
- ₹5.25 LPA after successful completion of the 6-month probation period.
- Up to ₹6.5 LPA after 9 months of successful employment, subject to performance.
Training & Career Growth
- Three weeks of in-person group training conducted by lawyers from the United Kingdom.
- Training includes practical sessions, assessments, and role-play exercises.
- Candidates will be required to clear a short independent multiple-choice examination prescribed by the UK regulator to undertake legal work.
- Comprehensive study material and guidance will be provided.
