Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold an LL.B. degree from a 3-year or 5-year law programme.
- Have 0–2 years of professional experience.
- Fresh law graduates are encouraged to apply.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Legal AI & Workflow Development
- Use AI tools to review, analyse, summarise, and draft contracts and legal documents.
- Design, test, and enhance AI-powered legal workflows.
- Review AI-generated legal outputs for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Research emerging AI tools relevant to legal operations.
Legal Support
- Review commercial contracts and identify key legal risks, obligations, and commercial provisions.
- Draft agreements, amendments, notices, and legal correspondence.
- Develop legal templates, playbooks, and knowledge repositories.
Business Development
- Conduct market research and identify prospective clients.
- Support outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, presentations, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Assist in client demonstrations of AI-enabled legal solutions.
Client & Project Management
- Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable project plans.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, timelines, and project deliverables.
- Collaborate with legal, technology, and consulting teams for successful project execution.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a keen interest in law and technology.
