About the Programme
The Associate Partner Development Programme (Corporate) is a structured 12-month pathway to Associate Partner, designed for experienced corporate lawyers seeking to transition from transaction execution to client leadership and partnership-level responsibilities.
The programme combines advanced practice exposure, direct mentorship from senior partners, and client-facing responsibilities, culminating in an assessment for elevation to Associate Partner.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Possess 8+ years of experience in corporate law practice.
- Have at least 3 years of experience at the Senior Associate or Principal Associate level.
- Be currently or previously associated with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 law firm.
- Hold an LL.B. and/or LL.M. degree.
- Demonstrate the capability and ambition to take on partner-level responsibilities.
