Eligibility Criteria
- Advocates with 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Candidates with prior experience in a litigation chamber or law firm will be preferred.
- Strong legal drafting and research abilities are essential.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Handle matters relating to:
- National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
- National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)
- Civil Disputes
- Commercial Litigation
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal drafts.
- Appear independently before courts and tribunals.
- Assist in formulating and executing litigation strategies.
- Manage matters independently while coordinating with the firm’s litigation team.
Required Skills
- Strong drafting and legal research skills
- Independent court and tribunal appearance capabilities
- Sound understanding of procedural and substantive laws
- Ability to manage litigation matters independently
- Strategic and analytical approach to dispute resolution
