Eligibility Criteria
For Law Candidates
- Final-year law students.
- Recent law graduates.
- Strong understanding of Company Law and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
For CA Candidates
- CA Inter candidates.
- CA Finalists.
- Interest in insolvency resolution, financial analysis, and claim verification.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected interns will be involved in:
- Assisting in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and liquidation proceedings.
- Drafting and reviewing petitions, applications, legal notices, and related documents for proceedings before the NCLT and NCLAT.
- Assisting in the collation, verification, and admission of stakeholder claims.
- Conducting detailed legal and financial research on IBC jurisprudence, NCLT/NCLAT decisions, and IBBI regulations.
- Supporting ongoing insolvency and restructuring assignments under the supervision of a Registered Insolvency Professional.
