Position: Legal Intern
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Have recently completed an LL.B. or LL.M. program.
- Possess strong legal drafting and communication skills.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Have a genuine interest in Corporate and Commercial Law.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected intern will be responsible for:
- Reviewing, drafting, and redlining commercial contracts and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Supporting regulatory and compliance-related legal research.
- Assisting with vendor agreements and partner contracts.
- Maintaining contract trackers and legal MIS records.
- Conducting ad hoc legal research and preparing legal notes and summaries.
