Legal Internship Opportunity
Position: Assessment Intern – Legal
Specialization: Contracts / General Corporate
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be currently enrolled in a law school.
- Be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Possess strong legal research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Be capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Be solution-oriented and highly organized.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected intern will be responsible for:
- Conducting legal research and analysis on various legal issues, particularly mid-complexity commercial contracts such as SaaS Agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Amendments, and Change Orders.
- Assisting in the drafting and review of legal documents, contracts, and briefs.
- Attending client meetings and preparing detailed notes.
- Managing legal documentation, filing, and record-keeping activities.
- Supporting investment transactions involving startups and investors, including drafting, vetting, and negotiating transaction documents.
- Assisting with legal compliance and corporate legal functions.
- Working on matters related to company law, data protection, commercial contracts, foreign investments, acquisitions, and investment exits.

Stipend / Perks
- Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate legal advisory, compliance, and startup transactions.
- High-performing interns may be converted into an Associate role upon successful completion of the internship and performance evaluation.
Selection Procedure
- Performance during the internship will be assessed.
- Conversion to an Associate position will be subject to evaluation at the end of the internship tenure.
