Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be enrolled in a recognized law programme.
- Be in the 3rd year or above of a law course (final-year students are also eligible).
- Possess strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Be capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate professionalism, a positive attitude, and respect towards colleagues and seniors.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be involved in:
- Conducting legal research and preparing detailed legal briefs and case summaries.
- Drafting legal documents, notices, and assisting in contract review.
- Assisting in the drafting of Resolution Plans under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC).
- Providing administrative and legal support in ongoing matters.
- Managing and organizing case files and documentation.
- Attending client meetings and accompanying senior professionals to court hearings, where applicable.

- Location: Jasola Vihar, New Delhi
