Legal Internship Opportunity
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are invited from:
- Students enrolled in a 5-year Integrated Law Programme
- Students enrolled in a 3-year LL.B. Programme
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be involved in:
- Conducting legal research on statutes, case laws, rules, regulations, and judicial precedents
- Drafting legal notices, affidavits, agreements, petitions, written statements, and legal opinions
- Assisting in the preparation of case files, briefs, and matter summaries
- Attending court hearings, client meetings, and conferences with senior professionals
- Reviewing documents and ensuring legal compliance
- Assisting in due diligence exercises relating to property, banking, corporate, and company matters
- Drafting contracts, lease deeds, partnership deeds, and other legal agreements
- Preparing and submitting daily activity and progress reports
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assignments
