Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Any graduate or 3-year diploma holder from any stream
- Candidates from Law, Commerce, and Science backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Freshers and interns with strong analytical and reading comprehension skills
- Comfortable working with legal and property-related documents
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 98% or higher accuracy
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be responsible for:
- Conducting title searches for oil and gas properties across the United States
- Reviewing and interpreting legal documents such as deeds, liens, probate records, divorce decrees, and affidavits
- Tracing and verifying chains of title to establish ownership rights
- Analyzing legal property descriptions
- Assisting in resolving title defects and documentation issues
- Preparing accurate title examination reports that support investment decisions
