Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Prior experience in corporate and transactional practice
- Strong legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with attention to detail
- Proactive and team-oriented professionals preferred
- Experience in Intellectual Property law will be an added advantage
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be involved in:
- Mergers and acquisitions transactions
- Private equity matters
- Commercial contract drafting and management
- Corporate and commercial advisory work
- Real estate transaction support
- Due diligence and title review
- End-to-end transaction documentation
- Legal research across corporate, commercial, and regulatory domains
