- Students pursuing a 5-year integrated law programme
- Students pursuing a 3-year LL.B. programme
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be involved in the following tasks:
- Conducting legal research on statutes, rules, case laws, and judicial decisions
- Drafting legal documents including notices, affidavits, agreements, petitions, written statements, and legal opinions
- Assisting in preparation of case files, briefs, and legal summaries
- Attending court hearings, client meetings, and conferences with senior professionals
- Reviewing documents and ensuring legal compliance
- Assisting in due diligence work related to property, banking, company, and corporate matters
- Drafting contracts, lease deeds, partnership deeds, and other agreements
- Preparing and submitting daily activity and progress reports
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of assignments
