Legal & Compliance Internship Opportunity
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
- Pursuing a 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated law programme
- Strong communication and legal drafting skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively
Preferred Skills
Preference may be given to candidates having:
- Prior internship experience in corporate law, startups, or compliance-related work
- Familiarity with corporate contracts and statutory compliances
- Comfort working with trackers, spreadsheets, and documentation systems
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Contract Management & Legal Documentation
- Maintaining agreement trackers and execution status records
- Organizing executed agreements and legal repositories
- Populating standard agreement templates and annexures
- Conducting first-level contract review and identifying deviations
- Maintaining version control and document indexing
- Coordinating execution and dispatch of agreements
Compliance & Regulatory Support
- Maintaining statutory compliance trackers and calendars
- Coordinating with consultants for filings and registrations
- Managing records related to ROC, PT, Shops & Establishment, EPF, ESI, and allied compliances
- Organizing compliance proofs and supporting documentation
- Tracking renewals and expiry timelines for licenses and registrations
Legal Operations & Repository Management
- Maintaining digital legal repositories and databases
- Creating compliance dashboards and master trackers
- Organizing due diligence folders and investor documentation
- Preparing summaries, chronologies, and document indexes
Mode of Work
On-Site Internship
Location: Gurgaon Sector-32
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Duration
- Internship Duration: 6 Months
Stipend / Perks
- Monthly Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000
- Opportunity to work closely with the Legal Counsel
- Practical exposure to corporate legal operations and compliance management
