Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conduct prior art searches on paid and free databases.
- Draft provisional and complete patent specifications.
- Address Examination Reports with technical arguments and attend IPO hearings (for registered agents).
- Handle patent filing and prosecution in India and internationally, including PCT applications.
- Prepare IP opinions relating to patentability, FTO, and invalidity.
- Respond to office actions and handle compliance under applicable patent laws.
- Assist in patent oppositions and provide technical support for enforcement matters.
