Type / Nature of Opportunity
Internship Opportunity (Legal Intern)
Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates (LL.B. / B.Com. LL.B. or equivalent) preferred
- Basic knowledge of contract law, legal drafting, and corporate legal processes
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools is desirable
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assist in contract lifecycle management, including uploading, tracking, and digital execution of agreements
- Maintain agreement trackers to ensure compliance and timely follow-ups
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries/notes
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for execution of agreements such as NDAs and SLAs
- Support documentation and administrative functions of the legal team
