Eligibility Criteria
- Law students enrolled in:
- 4th or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. program, or
- 2nd or final year of a 3-year LL.B. program
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Exposure to Indian securities laws
- Understanding enforcement actions and regulatory mechanisms
- Assisting in legal research and policy-related work
Mode of Work
- Offline (primarily at SEBI offices, including Mumbai Head Office)
Important Dates and Timelines
- Application Window: Open from the 1st to the 7th of every month
- Internship Cycle: For the following month’s intake
Stipend / Perks
- Stipend of up to ₹10,000 per month
- Subject to recommendation and successful project submission

- Law students must:
- Apply through the online application form
- Submit a mandatory signed/stamped cover letter from their college
- For IT-related internships:
- Applications are routed via University Nomination (Expression of Interest)
Selection Procedure
