Eligibility Criteria
Litigation-cum-Research Associate
- LL.B. degree
- Strong familiarity with criminal law and the Indian criminal justice system
- Proficiency in English and at least one Indian language (mandatory)
- Prior experience in litigation, research, or policy work (desirable)
Academic Fellow
- LL.M. or relevant Master’s degree with minimum 55% marks
- Strong academic background
- Prior experience in research, policy work, or project coordination
- Familiarity with criminal justice and access to justice issues (desirable)
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Litigation-cum-Research Associate
- Conduct legal and empirical research
- Assist in litigation strategy and drafting
- Support senior advocates and court-related work
- Prepare reports, policy briefs, and research outputs
- Engage with stakeholders and contribute to Project 39A initiatives
Academic Fellow
- Manage and coordinate research and policy projects
- Conduct empirical and qualitative research
- Liaise with institutions and government bodies
- Organize workshops, events, and stakeholder engagements
- Contribute to publications and dissemination of research

- Offline (NLU Delhi Campus, Dwarka, New Delhi)

Stipend / Perks
- Consolidated remuneration: INR 50,000 per month (subject to TDS)
- Initial contract: 1 year, extendable based on performance and funding
