About the Organization
Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy is an independent legal think tank engaged in high-quality research aimed at improving governance and strengthening India’s legal framework. It works closely with the Government of India, State Governments, and other public institutions to provide research and legislative drafting support, while also producing independent research on critical areas of legal reform.

Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate degree in Law
- 0–2 years of experience in legal research, academia, or litigation
- Prior exposure to disability law, human rights, or allied areas preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality research on Indian and international legal and policy frameworks
- Assist in legislative drafting and ongoing policy projects
- Undertake independent research projects in disability law and related areas
- Prepare reports, policy briefs, presentations, and research notes
- Engage with stakeholders through consultations and meetings
- Support internal decision-making and strategy work
- Assist in fundraising efforts, including grant research and concept note preparation
