Type / Nature of Opportunity

Fellowship (Litigation Fellowship)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Law graduates (3-year or 5-year LL.B.) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA
  • Must be enrolled with a State Bar Council and have cleared the All India Bar Examination (AIBE)
  • Final-year students graduating in 2026 may also apply (subject to meeting eligibility before commencement)
  • Candidates must be 30 years or below on the last date of application
  • Should not have more than 5 years since graduation
  • Must have secured a position with a practising lawyer/law office
  • Required to submit a Statement of Purpose

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in active litigation practice
  • Participate in mentorship and professional development programmes
  • Contribute towards strengthening rule of law and constitutional values
  • Collaborate within a cohort-based peer learning network

Mode of Work

  • Offline (Court-based Litigation Work)
  • Fellowship support initially available in: Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata

  • Monthly stipend of ₹30,000
  • Duration: 2 years
