Legal Job Opportunity (Full-Time)
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputed university in India
- 3 to 4 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior experience in law firms or in-house roles, preferably in fintech, NBFCs, or financial services
- Strong understanding of regulatory advisory, commercial contracts, and compliance frameworks
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts such as service agreements, partnership agreements, and financing documents
- Conduct legal research on RBI regulations, NBFC norms, data protection laws, and fintech regulations
- Handle legal risk management across lending, collections, marketing, and data usage
- Manage regulatory filings, audits, and interactions with authorities such as RBI and MCA
- Ensure compliance with procedural requirements related to litigation and dispute resolution
- Coordinate with external counsel for litigation and advisory matters
- Assist in internal policy formulation, governance frameworks, and compliance monitoring
- Develop internal training material on legal and regulatory topics
- Track and communicate updates in fintech and financial regulatory landscape
