Position: Legal/Contracts Specialist
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, structuring, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including:
- Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
- Software Licensing Agreements
- SaaS Agreements
- Vendor Agreements
- Business Alliance Partner Agreements
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Letters of Engagement
- Managing contract negotiations with internal stakeholders and clients across multiple jurisdictions.
- Supporting RFI/RFP responses and business development opportunities.
- Providing legal advisory services by identifying contractual risks and recommending mitigation measures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address contractual and legal requirements.
- Standardizing legal processes, templates, and documentation.
- Assisting in dispute resolution matters arising from commercial contracts.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with experience in commercial contracting, contract negotiation, and legal advisory roles will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of technology, software licensing, SaaS, and commercial agreements is desirable.
- Ability to manage stakeholder interactions and contract negotiations across jurisdictions.
