Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified lawyers with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Prior experience in a law firm or advisory role preferred
- Strong research, analytical, and advisory skills
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Advisory & Opinions: Draft legal opinions and handle complex labour law queries
- Compliance & Risk Assessment: Conduct labour law audits, due diligence, and compliance reviews
- Labour Codes: Advise on applicability, transition, and implementation, including identifying compliance gaps
- Employment Documentation: Draft and review employment contracts, HR policies, and employee handbooks

- Offline (Noida)
