Eligibility Criteria
- Law students interested in corporate and insolvency law practice
- Candidates keen to gain practical exposure in litigation and corporate legal processes
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) matters
- Supporting work related to liquidation proceedings and personal insolvency
- Research and drafting in company law and arbitration matters
- Assisting in civil and commercial recovery suits
- Working on real estate and homebuyer-related IBC cases
