Eligibility Criteria
- Law students (LL.B./LL.M.) or recent graduates
- Preference for candidates with a demonstrated interest in tax law
- Strong inclination towards academic and doctrinal legal research
- Familiarity with statutes, treaties, and case law
- Working knowledge of OSCOLA citation style (mandatory)
- Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth, publication-grade research on international tax law
- Draft high-quality legal manuscripts including articles, case notes, and research papers
- Analyse statutory provisions, DTAAs, case law, and academic literature
- Work on topics including Income-tax Act, 2025, OECD materials, and BEPS developments
- Ensure adherence to OSCOLA citation standards
- Contribute to the firm’s research publications and thought leadership
