Eligibility Criteria
- Students enrolled in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of a 5-year LL.B. programme
- Students enrolled in the 1st or 2nd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in RERA-related matters, including case preparation, hearings, and proceedings before the Authority
- Conducting legal research on real estate laws, land laws, RERA, and allied statutes
- Drafting and reviewing agreements, notices, and other legal instruments
- Supporting due diligence, title verification, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinating with internal departments and external legal counsel
- Assisting with routine legal documentation and departmental tasks
