About the Job
TTEC is hiring a Senior Legal Analyst for its Global Contracts Center of Excellence. The role involves supporting a high-growth business segment by providing legal assistance in commercial and technology transactions, while partnering with global legal, sales, operations, and compliance teams.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. or LL.M. degree.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Corporate and transactional experience in a reputed law firm or in-house legal department of a multinational corporation, preferably in the IT or ITES sector.
- Experience in legal advisory and compliance-related matters.
- Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of services and technology contracts in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and practical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Structuring, drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial and technology contracts including licences, master services, strategic partnerships, and reseller agreements.
- Supporting sales and client-facing teams throughout the deal lifecycle to balance risk management with business growth objectives.
- Developing and updating contract templates, playbooks, and legal documentation processes.
- Providing proactive legal advice and conducting legal research as required.
- Building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and supporting document management initiatives.
- Assisting with legal and compliance matters for India and EMEA regions, as required.
