Eligibility Criteria
- Law students or recent graduates holding LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent qualifications
- Candidates with exposure to technology, B2B businesses, or startup ecosystems
- Strong interest in AI, technology policy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to understand business models and align them with legal and compliance requirements
- Detail-oriented individuals with strong research and documentation skills
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Identifying, reviewing, and applying for government and enterprise tenders
- Preparing and managing tender documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Researching and applying for grants, funding programs, and government schemes
- Assisting with applications to accelerator and incubator programs in India and abroad
- Supporting applications and compliance for corporate certifications such as ISO
- Researching certification requirements, timelines, and compliance standards
- Drafting and reviewing basic legal documents, declarations, and compliance checklists
- Coordinating with internal teams and external consultants when required
- Maintaining structured records of submissions, approvals, and compliance status
- Assisting with additional legal, compliance, and documentation tasks
