Eligibility Criteria
- Indian nationals
- LL.B. or LL.M. degree from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks
- Chartered Accountants are also eligible
- Upper age limit: 35 years (as on the date of advertisement)
- Strong inclination towards tax litigation, appellate practice, and legal research
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Litigation and advocacy support before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT)
- Legal research on income tax laws, precedents, and appellate issues
- Assistance in preparation of case notes, briefs, and written submissions
- Supporting departmental representatives in tax appeals and related matters
