Legal Job Opportunity (Trademark and IPR Prosecution)
Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in trademark or IPR prosecution
- Sound knowledge of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and applicable Trade Marks Rules
- Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and adhere to strict timelines
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Filing and prosecution of trademark applications
- Drafting and responding to trademark examination reports
- Handling trademark oppositions, counter-statements, and hearings
- Managing trademark portfolios including renewals and assignments
- Conducting trademark searches and providing advisory services
- Liaising with clients and coordinating with the Trademark Registry
